Welcome to Wayland Management - where we started out as a bunch of music fanatics with big dreams and an office the size of a broom closet. A few years ago we built this company with nothing more than an old laptop, a stack of unopened bills and a healthy dose of naivete. We started out as the fearless warriors of the music industry - well, more like bumpy beginners trying to navigate drumsticks and contracts longer than an epic rock song. With a wealth of experience that ranges from rescuing a guitarist from a taxi (long story) to negotiating deals that sometimes left us wondering who was actually negotiating who, we have walked our path from the rocking life on the road to an office life with stale coffee and a pinball machine that failed more than it worked. And now, after years of backstage drama, convincing guitarists that their 'stylish' sunglasses don't fit every stage and braving wild tour stories that we don't even dare write down, here we are. After trial and error, ready to use our experience to guide young bands and artists - the future rock stars who don't yet know that their best stories have yet to begin.
